Shipping and Handling:
Items are shipped insured* with delivery confirmation through the United States Postal Service (USPS), 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

KNL Jewelry Shop currently does not ship internationally.
Please double check your shipping address. If the address listed for shipping is incorrect, there are no refunds, and additional charges will be assessed to ship it again.
*Once the merchandise is given to the post office, no claims can be filed on the package until 30 days after the date the item (s) were shipped. Refunds and replacement merchandise will not be given on lost orders until the 30 days after the date of shipment when a claim is filed with the United States Postal Service.
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:
- All items may be returned for credit/ exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the package. No returns will be honored after the 14 days—exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.
- All jewelry will be resized for free.
- A copy of the invoice must be included in package.
- Items must be in original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped/box and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
(For security reasons, please do not write 'jewelry' on the envelope/box).
